California Wildflowers

California has the largest flora of any state in America due to its vast number of habitats. From the Pacific coastline to the high peaks of the Sierra Nevada, Cascade Range and White Mountains, the coniferous forests in the north to the deserts of the south, we have an incredible number of ecosystems. California is blessed with a rich assortment of bulbous genera, orchids, herbaceous and woody plants. This presentation features a wonderful cross-section of our flora with all photographs shot in nature.
